Dear Angelo and team,

Please be a little nicer to your customers. I understand that your employees mess up and you get frustrated; however, a handful of people that come into your facility don't know anything about cars and they're literally explaining what the hear/see the best that they can, it's not like they're going to know exactly what's wrong, thats mostly on you and your team to figure out.

Anxiety is a real thing, look it up if you've never heard of it, but it's all I've had ever since I left this facility without any help.
